TOILET FACILITIES
A disabled toilet is located within our giftshop area.
BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPARED VISITORS
Unfortunately we are unable to allow assistance dogs into Amazonia due to the free ranging animals. Blind and visually impaired visitors are welcome at Amazonia and a guide can be arranged with advance notice. Registered assistance dogs can be cared for by our front of house staff.
SPECIAL EDUCATION NEEDS
Amazonia is a suitable experience for a wide variety of needs. Animal handling sessions are considered particularly beneficial and can be tailored to suit specific needs. Please contact our bookings department on 01698 333 999 Monday to Friday between 9am to 5.30pm to arrange an education session.
REDUCED ADMISSION
We offer reduced admission rates of £4.20 per person for registered disabled visitors and their carers (ID required).
