We’re committed to ensuring that our events and attractions are as inclusive as possible and strive to support the ASN community where we can.

Where possible, our seasonal events have dedicated ASN sessions where we ensure that visitor numbers are reduced. We are mindful of the music and lighting which is toned down to create a more calming environment than usual. Details of all our ASN and BSL led sessions are available below.

Believe ASN Session

The Night before Christmas

Join the residents of Candy Cane Cottage as they bring to life the most iconic Christmas tale of all. Filled with colourful characters, magic and adventure. This modern twist on a Christmas Classic, will have the whole family chuckling into the New Year!

Here’s what to expect during your visit:

Festive story telling in our Festive Indoor Theatre, lasts approx. 20 minutes.
Walk around our beautifully themed Christmas Grotto, with over 20 scenes.
Visit Santa and his Elves.
Each child gets to choose a quality gift from Santa’s Workshop.
A ride on our indoor Italian Carousel
Adults receive a voucher for a tea or coffee and Christmas treat.
Visit Santa’s reindeer, on site until Christmas Eve.

Outdoor Pumpkin Festival ASN Session

Commence with Storytelling by Folksy Theatre (NEW STORY) in our Indoor heated Theatre.
‘Farmer Pottington and The Perfect Pumpkin’ A beautiful story where the children realise there is no perfect pumpkin, only the perfect pumpkin for you. A lovely message how things and people are different, and it doesn’t make them right or wrong.
Halloween Themed Game – Everyone wins a prize.
Pumpkin Trail – A prize for everyone.
Visit the Pumpkin Patch.
Halloween Arts & Crafts in our marquee.
A ride on the Pumpkin Express land Train.
Under 2’s go free, so need for a ticket. Under 2’s won’t qualify for a Pumpkin from the patch or a prize at the Halloween Themed Game, however you can always buy a Pumpkin separately when you get here or choose a ticket that includes a Pumpkin (instead of the hot/cold drink) for yourself and give it to your under 2 to use the prize and Pumpkin part of the ticket. Please note all children under 16 years must be accompanied by a paying adult

Believe in Santa BSL Session

On Sunday 15th of December at 11am, 11.30am and 12 noon

Believe magical story telling session will be supported by a British Sign Language interpreter, who will be identified by their badge, to aid people who are deaf or hard of hearing.

We are currently exploring the possibility of introducing ASN friendly sessions for our attractions and will update this page as we progress. This will be reviewed and updated on an on-going basis.

We provide fast track wristbands to families (up to four persons) and carers providing priority access to the Theme Park rides and attractions for anyone with additional support needs.

Carers please present suitable ID. This can be carer’s ID, a DVLA letter or other forms of proof. You would do this at either the Information Desk or the Ticket Office when redeeming or purchasing your wristbands.

Carers can receive a free wristband for the rides when accompanying a paying person requiring ASN support. Please present suitable ID. This can include Carer’s ID, DVLA letter or other forms of proof.
