The information we have listed below will hopefully answer any queries you may have on how the Season Pass will work for 2021.

I purchased my Season Pass/s in 2020, what does this mean for me?

When can I use my Season Pass/s?

You were able to use your Season Pass during the Theme Park season 2020 (when we were allowed to open) and we have extended this to include 2021 Season too! We anticipate the Theme Park Season 2021 will commence early June and end mid October, on selected dates and times. This will be based on Scottish COVID guidelines. We are currently looking at additional opening dates and times, towards the end of our usual Theme Park Season and you will be able to use your Season Pass during this time. These dates will be announced later in the Season, depending on Covid restrictions at this time.

How do I activate my Season Pass for 2021?

You must come in person (all Season Pass holders), when the Theme Park is open. Opening dates will be announced on Social Media as soon as we have them. Bring all Season Passes and these will be exchanged for the new updated 2021 cards.

I have PAID for Fun Points on my Season Pass, what happens to these?

PAID for fun points will be transferred to your new 2021 card.

PAID for Fun Points can be used for all outside rides, entry to Amazonia, Devil’s Island Adventure Golf and Krazy Congo Soft Play.

I have FREE bonus Fun Points on my Season Pass, what happens to these?

As per our conditions, these have now expired. FREE Bonus Fun Points are no longer available as part of our Season Pass offer.

What do I do if I have lost my Season Pass cards/s?

Come along in person to the ticket office, when the Theme Parks is open. We will then issue you with new cards for the Theme Park Season 2021. There is a £10.00 per card per person charge to replace these, as per our conditions. ID may be required.

What conditions are attached to my Season Pass?

Season Pass/s are not transferable and one ride all day wristband will be issued per day, per card. Season Pass/s are valid Theme Park Season only. Season Passes can be used for outside rides only, does not include coin operated, prize winning games and specialist rides. Height restrictions apply. There is a £10.00 charge to replace lost or damaged cards.

Q. What are the benefits of being a Season Pass holder?

Due to COVID restrictions, we will be working with a reduced Theme Park capacity. To manage this we will be working with a point system only in 2021. This means Theme Park visitors will not be able to buy a ride all day wristband, they will be able to buy points and pay for each ride as they go.

This means your Season Pass is even more valuable, as you will be entitled to a ride all day wristband every day the Theme Park is open (Theme Park Season 2021, which will finish mid October).

As a Season Pass holder you will be the first to be notified of all up and coming special events and special offers. Please make sure we have an up to date e-mail address and you have opted in to receive these updates.

10% discount at all our food outlets during the Theme Park Season 2021. This is valid on food and soft drinks only on production of your Season Pass.
