Important information before you buy:
Check-in is 2.00pm and check out is 11.00am. You will receive your Christmas activity tickets from hotel reception at time of check in. Circus tickets are for our 7pm performance. Ice-skating tickets can be used any time or date the ice-rink is open, subject to availability. Hot Chocolate and Churro vouchers can be redeemed at the Churro unit situated near the ice-rink.
