Join us as we celebrate the Autumn Equinox and a Day of Balance.

A time when we welcome the new season and the cycle of nature and take the opportunity to reflect and look forward to what we want to achieve in our own personal growth.

We have an inspirational day of speakers and activities to guide you on a patch of discovery and balance.

Our headline speaker, author of 12 books, Dr David Hamilton will provide an insight into his latest best seller, ‘The Joy of Actually Giving a F*ck’. With a PhD in organic chemistry, he is a leading motivational speaker on kindness.

Dr Hamilton will be joined by wellbeing experts June Moore, Janice Clyne and Stephen Elliot and there will be a chance to meet speakers during book signings.

Relax as we welcome the Autumn Equinox with spiritual drumming and a led meditation session.

11:15am – Talk – June Moore (Autumn Equinox)

11:50am – talk- Janice Clyne (bringing in balance through food and the gut)

12:30pm – 1:30 Lunch

1:45pm – White Wolf drumming and meditation welcoming in the Autumn Equinox

2:40 pm – host

2:45pm– Dr David Hamilton (balance through the heart space and The Joy of Giving a F*ck – new book chat)

3:30pm – Stephen Elliot (balance in the head space)

4:00pm – June Moore (after working through balance from the gut, heart and head, now to ensure an Equinox balance is achieved…

4:30pm – Book signing and meet and greet speakers at tables

6:00pm – End

We have designed a beautiful 2 and 3 course set lunch menu for you to enjoy. We advise booking this alongside your event ticket. Bookings for this are limited.

2 Course Lunch – £22.25 per person

3 Course Lunch – £28.00 per person
